| This beautiful Jacaranda tree epitomizes Hawaii…richly colorful, fragrant, and a place of peace and refuge. On a recent trip to the islands I was captivated by this huge specimen, the carpet of blossoms below and the cottage tucked behind it. When I returned to my studio I executed this painting from photographs and from my vivid memory of this special place. |
